Pediafer Solution

Each teaspoonful (5ml) contains: Iron (as ferrous sulfate) 30 mg (Equivalent to: Ferrous Sulfate 150 mg)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, Sucrose, Sodium Bisulfate Monohydrate, Sorbitol, Lemon Flavor, Citric Acid.

Keep out of reach of children. There is enough drug in this package to seriously harm a child.

Take a few hours before or after taking other medication. Take with food. Children 1-8 years 5 ml once per day. Adolescents 9-18 years 5 ml once per day. Adults ≥ 19 years 5 ml once per day. When iron solution is given to infants, some darkening of the teeth may occur. This can be removed by rubbing the teeth with baking soda. The usual appearance of the solution is colorless. But it can vary from bluish-green to gold. This does not affect the efficacy and potency of the product.
