Metamucil 3 in 1 MultiHealth Fiber Capsules offer all of the benefits of 100% natural psyllium fiber in a convenient form.

• Helps to temporarily suppress appetite when taken prior to a meal
• Helps lower cholesterol levels* to promote heart health (*Lowers mildly to moderately elevated cholesterol levels when taken with a low fat diet)
• Promotes digestive health by relieving irregularity



Ingredients: Psyllium Husk, Gelatin

For fibre supplementation or relief of irregularity:
Adults and children over 12: 5 capsules with 240 mL of liquid (swallow 1 capsule at a time and take in an upright position) up to 3 times daily. An additional glass of liquid is helpful. Generally takes effect in 12-72 hours.
Children under 12 years: Do not use.

For cholesterol lowering and heart health:
For adults only: 5 capsules with 240 mL of liquid (swallow 1 capsule at a time and take in an upright position) 4 times daily. An additional glass of liquid is helpful. For best results in lowering cholesterol, take Metamucil with a meal.
