Medicinal Ingredients:
Elemental Magnesium (oxide, citrate, fumarate, malate and succinate) 100 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, modified cellulose gum, water-soluble cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, silica.
NO sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Adults: Take 1 tablet 2 times daily with a meal.
Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
